Let's not forget where we came from! This still is from the animation "Pipe Dreams" that I animated using Imagine on my Amiga 2000, while I was at Northwestern University. I didn't get a hard disk drive until I was half way through the animation, and so I used many, many, floppy disks. To keep my Amiga rendering around the clock, I would wake up in the middle of the night to swap full floppies for empty ones, throughout most of my senior year.

Five years from now, I will probably look back on the work I am now doing be just as amazed at how crude and tedious everything used to be today. So it goes.
